It is a pleasure to write this testimonial for Imperial Tae Kwon Do. We are delighted that our children attend your school. When our children transferred to Imperial from their other martial arts school, they immediately felt "at home". You helped make the transition easy for them and we attribute this to your quality instruction and sincere concern for your students. They are very happy at Imperial and look forward to attending each class.
We believe your high level of professionalism, expertise and devotion to your students make Imperial very unique from other martial art schools. It is easy to see why your school was voted one of the top 200 in North America.
We would highly recommend Imperial to anyone interested in taking tae kwon do or joining an exercise program. Our children's experience at Imperial has been extremely rewarding. We look forward to them having many more happy and fulfilling years at Imperial.
Our sincere thanks to all,
Linda and Joe A.
Tae Kwon Do? ME! I'm 42 years old, overweight and out of shape. I don't think so. I'm not the punching type.
That was my response to an invitation to try an adult class when my 7 year old son was invited to a class.
With a bit more encouragement, I decided to try a class or two. I was amazed as much by the honest encouragement of the instructors and fellow classmates as I was by how much I enjoyed the class. This was something I could do.
Within a few weeks of taking 2 classes a week, my pants were getting loose in the waiste and thighs. I like the work out I'm getting. I like having some control in how much of a workout I get. The more effort I put in, the more I get out of it. If I'm having an off day, I can still workout because I control my effort.
I'm walking taller with more confidence. I'm feeling stronger and healthier, I'm going for the next colored belt in class and the next smaller belt in the clothing store.
If I can do this...YOU can too!

We shopped around for a reputable school that offered a program for both children and adults. Hands down, Imperial was the best choice. It offers execellent instruction in a clean, professional studio.
Training for Black Belt in an awesome goal. With equal parts challenging and fun, it's the best exercise program I've ever had.

Master Iancelli talks about Tae Kwon Do being “defense for life.” This is especially true for me, a 43 year old man. I am not worried so much about defending myself from an attacker but instead about the “silent killers” from growing older, such as, high blood pressure cholesterol. I have found Tae Kwon Do to be an excellent way to keep in shape. By hitting a few classes a week and doing the Daily Dozen for only 25 minutes on the other days, I have slimmed down from a 41 inch waist to a 35 inch one. I feel great and look forward to every workout.
My young son also participates as a white belt. He is learning discipline and self-control at a young age. These skills will be invaluable to him as he grows up. Besides, “a family that kicks together sticks together.”
